Thank you for sharing a screenshot with your error! Just to check, what platform do you play on?
We have an article with some connection troubleshooting steps that you can try. Hopefully one or more of these steps will help to solve your issue.
If that doesn't help, can you try opening the web/companion app and deleting your current squad? Not the players themselves! Just the squad. Let me know if that helps!
