Xbox series X and Elite 2 controller

Controller is RANDOMLY disconnecting and saying I need to log back into the game. 

sometimes at the start of a match I can see the pitch but it's blurry and I need to pause and resume to get it to stop being blurry.

This is happening in multiple screens too like I can be in a match I could be in an SBC doesn't matter.....

Any Ideas ? I've updated the firmware, resynced, power cycled my xbox I've tried everything I can think of
