Community ManagerHey JerdHunt generally a crash like this is system rather than game related.
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps or even taken a look at your console to ensure that the fans are not obstructed.

Why are your team not responding to the PC complaints on this forum!? We paid £89.99 and the game doesn't work at all! What are EA going to do about that to compensate us for not being able to play our ten hour trial and now the full game!
