I bought FC26 on September 26th in Poland for the Xbox Series X console. From the very beginning, I haven't been able to play the Seasons mode. I've tried everything (uninstalling and reinstalling the game) and clearing the cache.
I know the problem only occurs on Xbox Series X and Series S consoles – my friends are having the same problem, and my friends who have the game on PS5 or PC haven't complained about this issue.
I specifically bought the game on launch day with Xbox Game Pass to be able to play online, and because of your mistakes, I can't use them.
Please help me solve this problem and offer compensation for the losses I've incurred – I bought Xbox Game Pass and can't use it as intended.
