Division Rivals match incorrectly counted as loss after win

Hello,

I played a Division Rivals match in EA SPORTS FC 26 which I won. This win would have resulted in promotion to Division 5.

After the match ended, the game got stuck on the post-match screen and I was unable to return to the menu.

When I restarted the game, the match was counted as a forfeit loss, even though I completed and won the match.

This appears to be a server synchronization issue, not a disconnect on my side.

I would like this issue to be investigated and properly logged, as it directly affected my Division Rivals progress.
