Game under review

Since I have been playing fc 24 - fc 25 and fc 26 I have been bothered by one thing so much. I would have thought that the new fc 26 would have finally fixed this.

Today I have been playing draft, I won 3 times and started my finals. In the final I encountered someone whom didn't play, and disconnected after arround 5 seconds. Then I got the message that my game was under review. I checked if I was able to at least get my draft token back. EA said that I was not able to get one, because it was a problem of my connection. 

This glitch has been around for such a long time. Comeon man, I even have the proof that my connection was fine. Why is there no fix for this, and why am I not able to get my deserved awards / draft token.
