Delay in Game EA FC 26

I have lag in the game EAFC26, sometimes smaller, sometimes larger. I feel like I'm playing slower. I can't do anything about it. I play on a computer with the following components: RTX 4070, Ryzen 7 5700x, 32GB RAM 3200MHz. I have a constant 170/180 FPS in the game. I don't know what else I can do. I've tried installing custom Windows, older drivers, RTSS, and disabling some services. Please help.
