FC 26 não inicia após funcionar normalmente (80+ horas jogadas)
Olá a todos, estou com um problema para iniciar o EA SPORTS FC 26 no PC pela Steam. Antes de entrar em contato com o suporte da EA eu já tentei tudo que existe em fóruns YouTube Reddit e guias da comunidade incluindo reinstalar o jogo várias vezes reparar o EA AntiCheat reinstalar os pacotes Visual C++ limpar o cache do EA App executar o jogo e o AntiCheat como administrador desativar overlays reparar o jogo na Steam e no EA App e verificar atualizações do Windows. O suporte da EA confirmou que não existe problema de backend ou entitlement na minha conta e também informou que não há possibilidade de escalonamento. Meu hardware é Ryzen 7 5700X RTX 3050 e 32GB de RAM 3200MHz. Tenho mais de 80 horas jogadas então não é um problema de primeiro acesso. No momento o jogo simplesmente não inicia mais e o próprio suporte da EA me direcionou para o fórum como única opção restante. Se alguém passou pelo mesmo problema e conseguiu resolver ou se algum gerente da comunidade puder escalar isso internamente eu agradeço muito. Obrigado.
Hello everyone, I am having an issue launching EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC via Steam. Before contacting EA Support I already tried everything available on forums YouTube Reddit and community guides including reinstalling the game multiple times repairing EA AntiCheat reinstalling Visual C++ runtimes clearing EA App cache running the game and AntiCheat as administrator disabling overlays repairing the game in Steam and EA App and checking Windows updates. EA Support confirmed there is no backend or entitlement issue with my account and also confirmed there is no escalation available. My hardware is Ryzen 7 5700X RTX 3050 and 32GB RAM 3200MHz. I have more than 80 hours played so this is not a first launch issue. The game simply does not launch anymore and EA Support redirected me to the forums as the only remaining option. If anyone experienced the same issue and found a solution or if a community manager can escalate this internally I would really appreciate the help. Thank you.
