FC 26 – Mode Trials objective “Complete Foundation Evolution” not completing

In EA SPORTS FC 26, the Mode Trials objective “Complete Foundation Evolution” does not complete.

The Foundation Evolution has been fully completed and all requirements are met, but the objective remains unfinished.

No error message is shown.

Restarting the game and platform does not resolve the issue.
