-1 matches remaining in champs

After finishing the last game of champs, I was disconnected and booted out of UT, and when I came back in, my record had an extra loss, displaying 9-7 instead of 9-6, and -1 matches remaining. This is making it so that rewards cannot be claimed, and the only option is to try to start a match, which then subsequently says that it is not possible. Is there any workaround to just claim the rewards? I have exited UT and restarted the app several times in the past 36 hours, when this issue started.
