2x Pre Order Icon Pack

Question

I have EA play through Xbox Live Ultimate, and I pre ordered the ultimate edition. But I only received 1 pack where as I am seeing a lot of people on Xbox consoles showing their 2 packs off. Is there going to be compensation for everyone who only had one?

I think it is only players on PC with the EA Play Pro that are getting two. &nbsp;It is part of the incentive to purchase the EA Play Pro for PC, it is not being offered with xbox EA Play.
