2x Untradeable Debut Icon (Pre-Order) with EA Play Pro on PC

Why is nearly every one getting the Icon Pack twice besides me and some Friends....
I saw so many posts and videos already about getting 2 Packs with Debut Icon Pack... i dont get it... the game is not even fully published and its already unfair for a big player base....

I would love to hear some other things if we all are getting 2x this Pack or not
