400 points taken - playstyles not received...

I’ve now had three EA support cases closed without any resolution. 400 FC Points were taken from my account, but I never received the “++ PlayStyles” I paid for. I’ve shared all previous case files and am requesting a full refund. Hoping EA finally resolves this.
