400 tokens from rivals

Hello,

The 400 tokens from rivals are given the same time the 1000 cap resets. Do they count for this week cap or the next one? Is it enough to get 600 this week plus the ones for rivals or i have to get 1000 this week and the ones from rivals add up after?

    so does that mean that the rival rewrads tokens are for next week?
