43-Year-Old Veteran False Market Ban during TOTS Week 2 (Case #243618899)
I am writing this out of extreme frustration as a loyal player who has been part of the franchise for over 20 years. I am 43 years old, play a Road to Glory style (zero FIFA points), and have never had a single account warning in two decades.
I have been falsely banned for Coin Distribution following legitimate market trading during the TOTS Week 2 launch. My activity was purely based on community-led market analysis.
The Strategy: I followed The FUT Accountant trading advice (Video: FINALLY, A TOTS Level Evo!, timestamp 31:52) to flip 93 Trophy Titan Wayne Rooney. This is a standard community trading trend.
Proof of Intent: I immediately reinvested my profits into a 600,000 Coin TOTS Store Pack (purchased April 26) and completed the TOTS Kerolin Nicoli SBC.
The Coin Sink: I paid over 420,000 coins in EA Tax and currently have 4.9 million coins sitting in my balance. A coin distributor would never pay that much tax, nor would they leave millions of coins on a flagged account or buy untradeable store packs.
My initial appeal was rejected by what appears to be an automated system. I respectfully request a human specialist look at my SBC completion logs and Store purchase history for April 26th-27th. This is a clear false positive affecting a lifelong customer.
Thank you for any help in escalating this.
Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, we can't help with bans over the EA Forums. The best I can advise is to submit another dispute. That can be done by using the instructions in this article.
