87 Hero Pack bug – I selected Völler but received a different player

Hi everyone,
I opened an 87 Hero Pack and multiple players appeared.
One of the options was the German hero Rudi Völler, and I selected him.
After confirming my choice, the game gave me a different player (the first player shown in the pack) instead of Völler.
Has anyone faced the same issue before?
Did EA support resolve it or compensate you?
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
