My EVO’d Lacroix

Considering his WW is 87 rated, can anyone explain why my EVO Lacroix is still only 82 rated?

I wanted a nimble, easy to control CB alongside a tank (6ft9 Toure) @ CB so have focused a lot on his dribbling, but with 86/87 defending/physical, how is he still 82 rated?

Still so much EVO potential.
