Account Hacked and Banned.
So I had my account hacked through night recently and woke up to my account having been used for coin selling. I recovered my account but my transfer market was removed for the coin selling. I have clear evidence my account was hacked as I have 6 plus recovery codes in my emails from the night and an email confirmation of two factor authentication being turned off. I’ve appealed this multiple times and EA are refusing to acknowledge the hacking (they’ve not even replied to me about it) and say they consider the case closed and will not be allowing me access to the market. They also refused to discuss the investigation. I’ve played FC and fifa since probably 09 and even before maybe, never once hacked or been banned for anything. I run a 1 team RTG and now that’s literally impossible. What else can I do? Why don’t they acknowledge my account being hacked and why can they get away without even discussing it in investigation?
