Account unbanned but cant play

Question

So my account got banned for cheating a month ago. That was totally false since I have never touched any software on FC or fifa history. Been a member for 11 years. I appealed it twice and the first time my appeal was denied but the second response I dont know since the case got closed and I cant open messages. I assume it got removed since my penalty history is clear now.

So with a clear penalty history I tried to go play as I should be allowed to but I could not connect to ea network and ea app said account is banned. My new cases do not go trough and open so I have no way to contact ea support. What to do? Falsely banned and now it is gone? maybe?

Hey Nibazuus​,
If you haven't received an email stating that the ban is overturned and you still can't access the game, then it's more than likely that the ban is in fact still there. It's odd that your penalty history is empty, however. We have a webform in this article you can use in case your penalty history is empty to raise another dispute. Just scroll down to "Why can't I see my penalty?".
