Still Missing Season 8 Pass Rewards

 I still haven’t received or had any update on my missing season 8 rewards. Near enough every season during the duration of this game Ive let the rewards auto claim or claimed them after completing the whole free and premium pass. Last season however it wouldn’t let me claim them so I left them to auto claim and have received nothing. Ive messaged ea on help chats and they have said I am not the only one and there is an ongoing investigation and to check forums and x.com for updates, to which there have still been none. It’s been weeks now. They haven’t even put anything out in the first place acknowledging the problem. I’ve spent extra money on buy points to buy every premium pass on fc 26 and I just think this is unacceptable. To put money in to a game and all the time and effort to get the xp to complete the pass and get nothing back just feels like robbery. Then on top of that I can’t even get updates on what is going on. Thanks EA.
