We won't have visibility into your account or what happens on it through the EA Forums, but if you do have an EA account with an email ending with @disabled.ea.com, it could be for a few different reasons, like:
- You haven't logged in for a long time
- The account was compromised and then locked
- Someone requested an account deletion
- The account was banned by TOS
From what you shared above, it sounds like #2, compromised account. The lock serves to protect the account from further compromise until you can connect with the support team directly to recover access and reset your security protections.

Can you share what steps you took to log a case? I'm wondering if you sent in an appeal with Terms of Service, or if you opened a help case with the support team.

Hi so I logged in to check and it just says that my account has been disabled. I’ve tried appealing several times but they keep insisting that I’ve been using glitches or 3rd party software that violates gameplay. For reference I’m using a PS5 and I don’t even know how these 3rd party software works. I initially received an email saying that my account was suspended for 28 days but then now it tells me that my account has been disabled and I don’t even know the reason why. It’s frustrating because I’ve spent so much time and effort since the release of the game abiding by the rules but yet I’ve been banned permanently for something I didn’t commit.
