I did not receive any email ending with @disabled.ea.com. Just from customer help telling me that they reviewed my account and they decided that it should be permanently banned. Does this mean that I won’t be able to play future FC releases as well? But firstly I’d like to get my account restored because I really didn’t make use of any cheating methods during gameplay, I myself find it annoying when I play against other players who are obviously using 3rd party software…

Ah, I understand. If you don't see an email address on your EA account ending in @disabled.ea.com, then the @disabled.ea.com information doesn't apply to you.

That depends on the type of ban you received. We do have a guide that should help you answer that question, though. I'll pop it below for you:

I totally understand wanting to play again. A ban appeal is the way to go if you feel there's been a misunderstanding. It sounds like you have already appealed this a few times, though, and have been let know the ban is staying in place. That means the Terms of Service team looked into things for you and found the rules were broken. I'm sorry, I know that wasn't the news you were hoping for.
