Appeal "overturned", but still market banned
Made an appeal yesterday, it says "overturn" on my case. But I am still locked out of the transfer market. Is there anyone I can contact to fix this ?

Hi there, I believe I got misbanned recently however the system doesn't allow me to even create an appeal case. Could you please check it for me or maybe suggest a way that I can submit my appeal case?
There is no option to resume the case. Do I have to make another case?

I'm afraid we aren't able to make any changes via the forums. In this case you'd need to get back in touch with support to have them take another look if they've flagged something without removing the actual ban.
You can resume a case from your case history page to have another advisor make sure that case was closed correctly, or create a new one here.
