Prime Heroes: Champions Objective Not Counted

Just completed all the objectives in the new prime heroes live event with a friend and none of the games counted for me or the scored goals and all the objectives are at 0. My friend’s objective got completed and he recieved the rewards while it didnt count for me 

The title says it all, i was going the prime Heroes event 1 and i did all 3 objectives at the same time but neither counted towards the objective

Same for me, played like 5 games, 0 objectives counted. Playing on PC/Steam.

I’ve played 6 games of the prime hero 1 love event and won every game, used the formation (442(2)) and yet the objective doesn’t update at all. I’ve restarted my game and console a few times and got no where.

I also have just played in the new Heroes flash rush event and none of the games played counted nor did I receive the Rush points in for the objective 

Same here man, and then we will get robbed of the wins we already got and need to get 6 more wins for the rewards.

I have actively been completing objectives; however, it is not counting under the objectives tab. For example, I'm currently 3-1 in FUT champs, but no wins or goals have counted towards the prime heroes: champion objective. In addition, I have played the rush mode to complete the Heroes Assemble Flash Rush, and that is not counting either. I have tried restarting my game and console, but nothing is working.

I am the same, I got a perfect gauntlet run but I haven’t gotten the rewards for win 3 and the perfect round one, I contacted an advisor through help and they said they will look into it

Prime Heroes Event 1 [Live Event]

Progress for the associated objective is not being updated correctly. On the “Your Progress” page within the Live Event, the Event Status clearly displays my current number of wins and losses, confirming that match results are being tracked. However, under the Objectives tab, the corresponding objective progress remains at zero and does not reflect the recorded wins or losses. This appears to be a synchronization or tracking issue between the Event Status and Objectives systems. Could you please investigate and advise whether this is a known issue or if a fix is planned?
