Ban system - needs fixing

I got banned for ‘balance transfer’ on the 19th April 2026. I have appealed this now 9 times and all are denied. Every email of reasoning is different from ‘balance transfer’ to ‘Positive Play’. These bot replies need to be looked at by a human, I understand a big ban wave has taken place again lots of people who have been unfairly and wrongly banned for not even playing the game and/or trading legitimately. I have always traded legitimately and through the mechanics which EA Sports implement, not only this the amount of time, effort, grind, money and passion to succeed on a seasonal game has been taken away to is not being rectified efficiently and correctly.

EA really need to fix this issue and have a better customer service - advisors cannot help and again copy and paste responses every time. I have even asked for the transactions for this so I could justify more of why I have been wrongfully banned as well as others in the same boat.

We can only hope EA Sports wake up one day and fix these ongoing issues and develop better systems and formats for their users.

    Hi Claus, 

    I understand what is required for us to appeal but again, this is not being looked at by human’s nor acknowledge, I have asked for the evidence of the supposed illegitimate transaction which caused this frustration to be given a ‘Positive Play’ denial. I am trying to beat the case and prove my innocence but we are not given any support or evidence, just the generic copy and paste email(s). Where is the fair justification? Us users compete and have passion towards our Ultimate Team to be hit with an unfair ban wave for what, trading? Something which is implemented by EA Sports themselves and something the community take part in. 

    At what point do we get a fair verdict? How many appeals does it take? Why can’t an advisor help us? Instead we are shut down repeatedly.

    I have the exact same issue right now! 

     

    My account with a stunning amount of 37k coins got banned for balance transfer and the bot refuses to unban me.

    Appeals do not work, I am 100% sure there isnt even humans watching over it, it seema to be AI with autogenerated answers. Its so painfully obvious I have not bought coins with the stunning amount if 37k and yet I got banned for that.
