Ban system - needs fixing
I got banned for ‘balance transfer’ on the 19th April 2026. I have appealed this now 9 times and all are denied. Every email of reasoning is different from ‘balance transfer’ to ‘Positive Play’. These bot replies need to be looked at by a human, I understand a big ban wave has taken place again lots of people who have been unfairly and wrongly banned for not even playing the game and/or trading legitimately. I have always traded legitimately and through the mechanics which EA Sports implement, not only this the amount of time, effort, grind, money and passion to succeed on a seasonal game has been taken away to is not being rectified efficiently and correctly.
EA really need to fix this issue and have a better customer service - advisors cannot help and again copy and paste responses every time. I have even asked for the transactions for this so I could justify more of why I have been wrongfully banned as well as others in the same boat.
We can only hope EA Sports wake up one day and fix these ongoing issues and develop better systems and formats for their users.
