Once banned, you're out of luck. They don't care about your appeals and will just close your case once 10 appeals is reached or they find a legal way to do it by giving you some trade record that means nothing because you can't contest the decision or know exactly why they decided your trading is banworthy.

Absolutely a despicable games company, play better games and move on.

    ZeroPtE​ You got a trade record from them? You actually got a response from them not just a template email saying "I know I'm right, go away" or the equivalent? How? I would like to know how to get an actual response, I feel I've run out of options.

    This is the fifth time I have complained. At first, I replied by email for half a day, but now I am ignored. I don't have to complain 10 times.
