To all community managers

I notice quite a few people claiming innocence when it comes to bans.. do you have any contact with the terms of service term to maybe flag the possibility that their infringement finding methods might off the mark and plain wrong in some cases? 

I know they can be wrong, because they were 100% wrong in my balance transfer ban. 

Being labelled a cheat and by extension, a liar, by them was the first and last straw for me playing this game. I’m done with it. 
Someone needs to get it through their heads they can be wrong and need to be way better at what they do, so others don’t have to put up with the same garbage as I did.

    presumption of innocence. This is a despotic that trata casual players like S#!t...i dont see EA persecute youtubers that support themself sell and buy of Coins...but....yeahhh...lets be really bad to theses guys that ONLY want to play themself without issues. Strong against the poor and weak against the big ones...they remind me some fat blonde guy that says some stuff in the US,...🤦🏻

    They just can offend anyone weaker than them...like we are no One...

    The community manager would say they can't do anything and paste a link so you could go to their broken penalty tool (which actually does nothing and sometime you stuck in a loop). 

    I'm sorry to say this but they actually quite useless and basically tell you to F off when you mentioned anything related to banned situation.

    I’m not asking for my case to be looked at, again, I know it’s no use.. just want to know if the team here do anything with the info they gain.
