Banned for being Hacked
I’m writing this to reach out to an EA employee that might be able to help.
On the 19th October my account details were breached, and my account was hacked into. The hacker sold all my cards and transferred all my coins to his account subsequently leading me to be market banned. I have appealed this and since received all my coins back, and got my market access back, on the 24th.
On the 25th I get on to discover I have been market banned again for coin distribution. In between this time all I had done was buy my team back and sell two cards that were stuck on my transfer list.
I have since discovered this ban was issued on the day I was hacked. After now appealing it twice, they have said they have taken the correct action, and can’t find any evidence I was hacked. My question is, why did I receive all my coins back, and get unbanned for 24 hours, if they can’t find evidence I was hacked.
I’d like to make a formal complaint, and receive all my transfer market permissions back. I have the name and email of the person who hacked me as he left it all in my account after doing it. I would also like to know why I was unbanned for 24 hours to get rebanned, for something I never did, and also what substantial evidence they have found if be coin distributing.
I have played UT for 15 years now, and have never cheated in my life, and after putting nearly £500 into this game this month alone, don’t expect to be treated like this.
I expect a swift response into my concerns.
