Ultimate BOO-ster Player Pack

 

I opened the Ultimate Star Player Pack that says it gives 50 rare gold players rated 84 or higher ( as shown in the photo ) , but I got several players under 84.

Where are my players??? I didn’t pay 150000coins for 80 rated

 

  • MATRELX​ In English language it says "Includes 50 rare gold player items with 5 guaranteed to be rated 84 or higher....".

    This means you will be getting only 5 guaranteed to receive 84 rated or higher. Others can be any gold rare players.

    It does not matter what it says in English. It is still false advertising

    huh? In English?

    I opened the pack in Japanese I don’t care what is says in English .

    Did you really mark your reply as the solution? It didn't resolve anything.

    The Japanese description clearly stated that we should receive 50 Rare Gold Player Items rated 84+. EA later changed the description to match what is written in the English version you mentioned.

    However, we opened our packs before that change was made. Legally, we are entitled to what was originally written in the Japanese description prior to the update, unless you would prefer to risk a potential lawsuit over this.

    If at all you are eligible for compensation, then they usually announce via their Twitter, EAFCdirect or in-game message.

  • I REPORTED A CASE ON CUSTOMER-CARE, AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I DIDN'T PURCHASED ANY PACKS, HOW IT'S EVEN POSSIBLE? SO EA JUST LOST HISTORY ON THAT DAY. AND AS I HEARD, THEY HAVE COMPENSATED THE WRONG PERSONS WHO PURCHASED WHEN THE BUG IS FIXED. IT'S RIDICULOS
