Sorry to hear that your previous case has been closed. When appeals are declined, it means the ToS team found evidence supporting the violation that warranted the account action. I'd recommend reviewing the FC 26 Rules and, if possible, providing evidence to support your innocence based on that.
Despite similar responses, each appeal submitted is reviewed by a different advisor, who carefully examines the facts of the case. And while we completely understand why you'd want to know what triggered the ban, we cannot share the reason(s) behind it to prevent that information from being misused.
