Not receiving monthly FC Pre Order/ Ultimate Edition points

I haven’t received my batch of monthly pre order points. The first one that was given to me came through with no troubles now I am not receiving the new set of points and I have friends that have already received them.

    I only received 50 of my second batch and received my full 3rd batch this morning, been on chat with them twice in last week and both times they have said it's a server issue and they will pass it onto the right people, not holding out hope of getting the rest to be honest 😏
