Banned for nothing

I was playing FIFA/FC since World Cup 98. This account i have 10 years. I spent probably few thousands of dollars and i was banned for nothing. 1st message said that i was cheating on PC when i play on XBOX! After that all i get was automatic messages. Didnt get EVEN ONE reason why exactly i was banned - probably because there is no reason. I NEVER CHEATED IN ANY GAME! Thats just robbery. Imagine that police take someone to prison without giving ANY reason. Thats just crazy but its how this company treats users...

    It sounds like you've already gone ahead and submitted an appeal. If you've followed these steps, you're on the right track!

    To shed some light on why you're not being told why the ban was applied, the team does not disclose the reason(s) that triggered the account action to prevent that information from being used to cheat undetected. While that may not be your intention, we apply this across the board to be on the safe side. 

    Please rest assured that your case is reviewed by a team of humans. Once the team has updates for your case, they will reach out to you through email. In the meantime, you can keep an eye on the status of the appeal(s) on your case history page. If the status is Transferred or Waiting on Studio, then the appeal is still under review and has been passed along to the right team. Please avoid resuming the appeal(s) until you receive a response to prevent any additional delays. We appreciate your patience while they're taking a look!
