Banned from the transfer market on the web app
Hello everyone, I received an email with the following content:
Thank you for using our service.
We have confirmed that your account has been communicating with EA SPORTS FC™ servers through an unofficial or modified client. This is a violation of the rules.
Your account has temporarily lost access to trading on the EA SPORTS FC™ Companion App.
The reason is as follows:
Coin trading and earning coins are allowed within the official EA SPORTS FC™ game, Companion App, and Web App. However, the use of bots, automation, or trading tools is a violation of the rules. “Official” means the latest, unmodified version provided by us or an authorized retailer.
The use of bots, automation, or tools that assist in completing trades gives an unfair advantage and disrupts the experience of other players, and is therefore a violation of the rules. Sharing your login information with users of bots, automation, or unofficial apps/tools not only puts your account at risk but also violates the rules.
To regain access to the transfer market on the Companion App, you need to continue playing the game.
I only use the web app to complete SBCs, so why was I banned, and how long do I need to play to regain access?
Hi there. We couldn't give you a timeframe for the ban to be lifted. As the message says, you just need to keep playing. More information on bans can be found in this article. You're also welcome to dispute the ban. Instructions are in that article as well. Thanks!
