Banned from transfer market

Hello. I have a question. Till my own surprise I am banned of the transfer market cause I should have bought or sold coins. Only thing is I didn’t. 

I went in appeal. But any idea how fast EA solves this? And if it will be solved?

Its more cause I just like to do sbc’s which I can’t now anymore sometimes when I need just that player to solve it

    Hey onelovechris​ sorry to hear that you are having issues with your account. If there is a ban on your account, then the best thing that you can do it start by taking a look at this help article.

    We on the forums don't have the ability to discuss your account with you or any actions that have been taken by the team.

    What we can do is get you to the best support for you, when you appeal a ban with the team, using the link I shared above, a member of the team will review your appeal and investigate your account. 

    If you have already appealed, then the best thing to do is be patient and keep an eye on your email for a reply from the team.

    Thanks Darko. I have appealed. So I will wait. Any idea how fast EA will come back to you. Cause it’s already getting annoying. Can you explain then also how I can refund my bought points. Cause I want my money then also back. 

    its more that’s also attacks my integrity without any context or explanation. Just saying I’m banned cause I transferred coins while I’m like a 46 y old guy with playing fifa since my 13th. Having a master degree. Etc. Maybe you could give that back to EA that should first have warned me or sth as being a loyal customer for more then 30 years ;). 

    that just doesn’t feel right. You know what I mean. 

    Cause it’s not that I’m not selling players but just know how to trade with all those experience. But that’s what different then cheating. Just wanna enjoy the game.

    Your first appeal will get denied so will your second my 3rd one am still waiting after 3 days for a decision

    De dearko. Do you know how long it takes EA will take a look at it. And how can I get contact about it with a real person or email instead of the reaction at your account.

    We are not able to give a timeframe for a response onelovechris​, the team aims to respond as fast as possible but it can take up to 14 working days in some cases.

    The best thing to do is be patient and keep an eye on your email for a reply from the team.
