Banned Transfer Market

Good afternoon, EA support.

My transfer market was blocked yesterday for suspicious activity. But I didn't sell/buy coins to get this ban.
I don't even have a problem in my penalty history.
 
I wrote 4 appeals, but all of them were automatically declined without any comments, and no one sent me an email with whom to discuss this issue.

I have owned this account for 8 years now, I buy your game every year and play it for many hours, so I consider this action terribly unfair to myself, because I have done nothing wrong.

Please write to me, I want to solve this problem.

    Hi there. I'm sorry to say, we cannot help with bans over the EA Forums. The best I can advise is to submit another dispute. Terms of Service will need to perform another investigation to see if the ban can be overturned or not. Instructions for that can be found here. Thanks!

    Obviously, the algorithm doesn’t work the way it’s supposed to.
