Big for champs

Hi I was playing football champs and I was up two goals 89th minute and the player paused the game and said he had left so automatically it would give me the win but for some reason it kicked me out took a champ game off me and a win off me and gave me a loss I would like this changed because I worked hard for that win and it was unfair for it to be stripped of me because of some bug
