Unfair loss in tournament final-opponent did not join

Hello,

I am contacting you regarding an issue I experienced during an hourly tournament in EA Sports FC 26.

I reached the final, and when I joined the match, I was placed on the “waiting for opponent” screen. I waited the full 5 minutes, and my opponent never joined the match.

However, after the waiting time expired, I was given a loss, even though I did not leave and was present the entire time.

This seems unfair, as I should have been awarded the win since my opponent did not join.
