Who else has been falsely banned from the Transfer Market?
It seems like many of us have been hit by EA’s flawed auto-ban system. When trying to appeal the sanction, we’re often met with incompetent chat agents. In my case, they initially rejected my appeal, but then changed the case status to “Overturned”, which removed my ability to appeal through the normal way.
Only in about 20-30% of cases have I managed to get a chat agent to actually open a proper complaint. The rest simply claim it’s not possible. Four different agents have told me my ban was lifted, while others say it’s still active. Are they just guessing, or can they actually see information about our account sanctions?I would like to encourage everyone to share any tricks and tips that have worked when dealing with the TOS team, as they seem to be the only ones who can actually remove these sanctions.
