Blocked Transfer Market

I have completed the objectives in venturing out but still transfer market is blocked. I have completed the foundation EVO for two player but it doesn’t reflect on my account. I need to access the transfer market and play online, what to do now

    6 days since I wrote my complain with no response 

    I have completed one more player and transfer market is still blocked 

    this is totally unfair
