Missing Premium Season Pass Level 30 player rewards FC 26 UT

Hi EA Support / Community team,

I completed the current FC 26 Ultimate Team Season and I own the Premium Season Pass, but the Level 30 Premium player rewards did not show up in my account (the CDM and the ST).

I already checked that the season is fully completed and that rewards show as claimed. I also restarted the game/console and checked My Packs, Unassigned, and my Club (including sorting by newest and searching).

Can someone confirm the best next step or whether this is a known issue? I can share screenshots of my Season completion screen and an EA Help case number via private message if needed.
