Missing Emanuel Petit

Hello, I reached Level 30 in Season Pass in Ultimate Team but I cannot claim the final reward Emmanuel Petit.

My XP shows 30,000 / 30,000 SP and I have the Premium Pass, but the claim button does not appear.

I restarted the game and tried the companion app but it still doesn’t work.

Please check my account and grant the reward.
