Bought FC Points but didn’t received yet.
Hi,
I bought 1.600 + 500 FC Points (total 2.100) this noon from my Xbox store. As I didn’t see any additions to my current points I restarted my game and my console a few times but also didn’t see anthing again. After that, I bought 100 FC Points from in game menus to test the bug and I received only 100 FC Points and NOT received the remaining 2.100.
As you can see in my bank account transactions I paid for it.
I request help from a responsible.

Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for your points to be reflected in game. If you still don't have them by then, I'd recommend gathering your proof of purchase and reaching out to our live support team for help.
