Bought the ultimate editon and not recived content...

I bought the game last month the premium editon i recived my coins but never got the free season pass ive messged the complaaints team numeruos times and no one ever gets back to me, so ive paid top price for a game to be robbed out of the content ive paid for.... any one have any idea what i can do....
