Can’t login to ultimate team

for two days now I can’t enter ultimate team, it sends this message in the attached photo ,I have tried to restart my internet several times but it didn’t work and also I tried to connect my playstation network to mu cellular mobile data and it still didn’t work, has anyone else faced that problem?

I reached out with ea help and chatted to an advisor about this , he told me he sent my case to the team to investigate this error.

I hope this gets fixed , I have evolutions and objectives that needs to be finished I don’t want them to get expired 😩😢

    Someone told me a solution above

    its the squads that does that, open the web app on pc or companion app on you mobile and delete any squad you have until you have only one (the active one) and then clear the squad and then open the game on your console or pc and it will work , I tried it and it worked

    Tienes que entrar a la aplicación de FC Companion y desde la aplicación crear una plantilla y dejarla vacía y luego borrar las demás plantillas, luego cierras la app y entras por la consola o la pc y ya debe dejarte entrar, te lo digo porque a mi me sucedió así mismo y hacer eso me funcionó, lo que no he podido jugar más gauntlet
