Can’t shoot or pass in Squad Battles

Anyone else not being able to sprint, pass or shoot on Squad Battles? I’m trying to complete the icon swap objectives with a silver team but it seems to be bugged. No matter how many times I press circle my players won’t shoot

    Same can't shoot in Pro Clubs or pass sometimes. Intermittent all the time, it's rediculous !!!!
