Hi there. Log in to the web/companion app and delete your squads. Not the players, just the squads. Then, try to log in. You also may need to create an empty squad, but try logging in first after they've been deleted. Let me know what happens. Thanks!

Hello,
This situation is completely unacceptable.
I am missing 2 Icon Swap Tokens (both from the 1A Pro League), and I am certain I did not intentionally submit them. Special tokens should not be treated like normal club players without a clear warning before submission.
Additionally, I am locked out of Ultimate Team. Every attempt to enter shows:
“Can’t log in at the moment, please return to the main menu.”
This issue has persisted for over 6 hours, affecting many players.
I expect:
- A full investigation into the missing tokens
- Restoration of the items
- Immediate resolution of the login problem
- Clear communication about what is happening
- Appropriate compensation for lost time and inconvenience
If these issues are not resolved promptly, I will be forced to request a formal refund through EA’s official refund process and escalate the matter via consumer protection channels, as I have paid for services I am currently unable to access.
Please escalate this urgently to the technical team.

Hi, i have the same problem i can log in to my ultimate, i tried to delete the squad and everything but still doesn’t work, i payed for the game to play not to get kicked out, i havent play in 1 week, help ea

Thanks for trying that. Next, as a test, switch your connection to use a mobile hotspot and let me know if that connects or not. Again, this is only as a test.

Hello, racheid007. As a test, try switching your connection to use a mobile hotspot. Let me know if you can then connect or not. Again, this is just as a test. It's not meant to be a permanent solution if it works.

I have the same issue I purchased a player in transfer market it cost me 120000 ut the player shows as win on my transfer targets everytime I go on same error I’ve tried wiping squad different WiFi connection removing2fa still not fixed been over 2 weeks I’ve spend over £100 on this game and been shafted I’ve tried reaching out to eahelp on twitter you get nothing back there’s no live chat support absolutely disappointed terrible customer service I want this issue resolved immediately or I will be requesting full refund for the game and money spent in game
