This situation is completely unacceptable.
I am missing 2 Icon Swap Tokens (both from the 1A Pro League), and I am certain I did not intentionally submit them. Special tokens should not be treated like normal club players without a clear warning before submission.
Additionally, I am locked out of Ultimate Team. Every attempt to enter shows:
“Can’t log in at the moment, please return to the main menu.”
This issue has persisted for over 6 hours, affecting many players.
I expect:
- A full investigation into the missing tokens
- Restoration of the items
- Immediate resolution of the login problem
- Clear communication about what is happening
- Appropriate compensation for lost time and inconvenience
If these issues are not resolved promptly, I will be forced to request a formal refund through EA’s official refund process and escalate the matter via consumer protection channels, as I have paid for services I am currently unable to access.
Please escalate this urgently to the technical team.
