Can I quit the game without receiving a DNF penalty?

I have been meeting cheaters all the time during the last 3 days.

I just started a game of Rivals and right away I heard the clicking sounds from a cheater using the "Click Hack Script".

I paused the game and quit even before the first ball was launched. Why do I then get a DNF penalty?

I don't want to waste my time in a game against a cheater which I will anyway lose irrespectively of how I play.

Do I have to only play Rush and against AI to be able to play this game normally?

Remember when EA talked about "Javelin anti-cheat"?

It's all marketing and they are not taking cheaters seriously. I report all of them. I have probably reported 200 players soon but I don't know if EA takes any action. Most of them also have more than 3 EA IDs so even if they get banned a week they can continue playing.

EA needs to ban cheaters for at least a month and ban all the player's EA IDs.
