Can someone help communicate false ban

If anyone has contacts at EA would appreciate sending them this - given up the appeal process.

I’ve bought over 20 FIFA games, from Nintendo 64 to FC 26. I even bought FIFA 05 on PSP to play while my son was being born. I work in sales and believe customers only tell you there’s a problem if they care.

You have a problem.

You banned me for coin distribution. You may believe I did it, but I KNOW I didn’t. I never bought or received coins. I made coins by trading within EA’s rules using years of experience.

I’ve appealed five times. The worst part isn’t the ban—it’s being repeatedly told I’m lying. Did anyone consider I’d played for 20+ years without a single issue?

I was excited for FC 27, but I won’t be back, nor will I buy EA games for my kids. I’m one customer who took the time to tell you. I wonder how many others simply walk away.
