Cannot access the transfer market on web app.

I have completed all the objectives to access the transfer market on web app. But i cannot access. In eafc 25 I got a transfer ban on web and mobile app. They said it will not continue to the next game. But it did. This is my only account. How can i get access to the transfer market on the web app?
